Still FEELING FUNNY CLUB

Funny

Open to:  All past participants of the Feeling Funny programme

When: Please note...

Laughter is the best medicine or at least that’s what they say!

Our Still Feeling Funny club was born out of the need of a safe, supportive and creative space for all Feeling Funny course graduates to come come together to continue to express themselves through humour and comedy and keep the positive momentum of the programme going as a group.

The club provides a safe environment that encourages individuals to continue using humour between sessions as a way of building personal resilience. The laughter shared in these sessions help participants build new connections and friendships and encourage communication amongst the group.

TESTIMONIALS

Feeling Funny Course

“I enjoyed the Feeling Funny course more than any other course I've ever done. It helped me with my confidence and self-esteem and has also helped me see the funny side to mental illness. A monthly group would be a great way to keep the momentum and support going that was build throughout our journey together. It would also give me a chance to do stand-up comedy in a safe place”
