Laugh it OFf : a heritage lottery funded project

Humour is the oxygen of the city of Liverpool.

This project is exploring the historical role of humour in Liverpool's resilience and what that means for wellbeing in the present day. Our young participants are learning about humour and comedy and in turn, create a wellbeing toolkit, exhibition and research the history and heritage of Liverpool's funny bone

If your school or youth group would like to be involved please contact kevin@thecomedytrust.com

comedy courses for schools

We are currently taking bookings! Our school programme has been running for 20 years and, over 6 weeks, is guaranteed to turn your pupils into stand-up comedians. Our professional comedians will cover everything with participants - how to generate material, turning that into a routine, delivery techniques and mic skills. But most of all, this programme builds confidence, self-esteem and examines how humour can help us feel happier and healthier. Get in touch with kevin@thecomedytrust.com to book.

well funny workshops

Our Well Funny sessions examine how humour can make us happier, healthier and more resilient. To book a session for your school or community group please contact kevin@thecomedytrust.com
