The Importance of Humour for Mental Wellbeing

This lecture discussed how humour can improve our mental wellbeing, build resilience and help make connections. The entertaining, humour-led talk is delivered by a stand-up comedian and uses appropriate and inclusive comedy routines, stories and punchlines to engage participants and enhance memory of pivotal messages. All participants will leave the lecture with their own personal development toolkit.
